FAQ

The main purpose of SAND WASHERS is to clear sand of dust and other impurities. Our sand crushers often clean materials from a variety of sectors, including quarry, building materials, minerals, chemical industry, transportation, cement mixing station, and hydropower, among others, and generally increase the overall quality of sand.

UAs you require far more plaster sand than crusher fines to produce the same amount of mortar, sung washed sand not only improves mortar quality but also dramatically lowers expenses.

various types of sand used in the construction:

River Sand

Near river banks and streams is where you'll often find this type of sand. It is a high-quality white-gray sand that is utilised in masonry and concrete construction. Additionally, it may be used for RCC, brickwork, and plastering. This sand requires less moisture since water is already entrapped among its particles and has a superior grain form and smoother texture. It is inexpensive and has a silt concentration of 5% to 20%.

Concrete Sand

This particular kind of sand is created by crushing concrete and adding cement and asphalt to the mix. In the quarry, it is crushed, then filtered to get rid of big rock pieces. It may be made less coarse by adding sand and water to it, and is used to level foundations and build walkways, among other things. This type of sand may be utilised to create softer pavements since the grains are tiny. It gives a building's foundation a basic stiffness. The solid mass can be utilised to fill the spaces between coarse aggregates when combined with cement and water.

Fine Sand

The most common type of sand used to plaster walls and give each internal corner of a home a high-quality finish is fine sand. The walls become smoother and stronger from the centre thanks to its tiny particles. As a result, it retains wall colours better over time. However, to make the walls more solid and resistant to massive construction structures, fine sand is combined with coarse sand.

M-Sand

It stands for "manufacturing sands," a sort of sand utilised in building throughout India. It is produced in a factory and serves as a substitute for river sand in the construction process. Sand of a certain standard is always needed for building of any sort. It is created by crushing hard granite, which lowers the cost of transporting sand taken from riverbeds. The angular sand particles provide it strength and raise its water requirement, which can be further offset by including cement. It is free of sealed, oversized, and impure elements and contaminants because it was intentionally made. It is widely recognised to provide concrete greater durability and high tensile strength and is readily accessible on the market. Additionally, it reduces building flaws and is the most affordable sand for construction in India.
