The working of a stationary concrete batching plant starts from feeding of the aggregates and sand into the feeder bins. It ends when the ready mix concrete is dispensed from the mixing unit.

A PLC type control panel is used for accurate controlling of recipes, setting mix time and adjust other important parameters. Water, cement and fly ash hopper are mounted on independent frames and separate weighing is possible by individual electronic load cell.
A slinger conveyor with chevron type belt throughout the length is driven by geared motor which is mounted on end of the drive drum.
