Gujarat regulatory essentials
- GPCB consent to operate — stone crushing is a 'Red' category; renewal every 5 years. Picson plants ship with dust-suppression and enclosed conveyors required for Red consent.
- Mineral concession rules — operators working basalt/granite quarries need DMG quarry lease + IBM approval. Our plant DPRs include the documentation lenders and DMG require.
- CPCB noise norms — ≤ 75 dB at property boundary. Picson vibratory feeders & screens specified with rubber-mounted isolators.
- GPCB 2026 C&D mandate — ULBs (Urban Local Bodies) > 1 million population must operate C&D recycling. Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot all qualify — direct procurement opportunity.
